What about Snacks in your diet?

Most people who were participants in the Trilogiii Human Study ate “small meals” that were similar to in size to large snacks, especially during their first two weeks. Others incorporated what we would more typically associate with “snacks.” This blog is from a post on the Trilogiii Health Community. Here is how Triii’s Founder & Formulator Paul Myhilll incorporated snacks into the protocol. “My go-tos were beef jerky (no added sugar), almonds, cheese, boiled eggs, sardines or smoked oysters, avocado, unsweetened Greek yogurt, pickles, and raw broccoli or cauliflower. If I had bacon in the morning (with most of the fat rendered out), I’d also snack on that similar to beef jerky later in the day. These are the things I like anyway (truly, because I rewired my “reward center” on the protocol), so it didn’t feel like a sacrifice at all. They might look awful to you. But they might also look different after the first two weeks. Trilogiii is flexible. Make it your own. Find your own low-carb / low-sugar snacks if you need them. For me, I often found little difference between a snack and a small meal. The snack usually satisfied me enough.--Paul Myhill
