BIACTIN is composed of Cultured Milk Protein Concentrate (proprietary fermentation), Whey Protein Isolate,
and Hydrolyzed Collagen (from Bovine) to help deliver Essential Nutrients and stimulate the secretion of
beneficial gut hormones, including the satiety hormones GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1), GLP-2 (glucagon-like
peptide-2), PYY (peptide YY), CCK (cholecystokinin) and GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide.) *
INULIN PREBIOTIC FIBER
Inulin is a soluble dietary fiber that is fermented by beneficial gut bacteria, producing short-chain fatty acids
(SCFAs). These SCFAs, particularly butyrate, acetate, and propionate, stimulate L-cells in the gut to release
several beneficial gut hormones, including the satiety hormones GLP-1, PYY, CCK and Leptin. *
GLUCOMANNAN PREBIOTIC FIBER
Glucomannan is a soluble prebiotic dietary fiber, derived from the konjac plant, that feeds beneficial bacteria
in the gut while increasing satiety and the feeling of fullness. It has also been shown to stimulate the release of
several satiety gut hormones, including GLP-1, PYY, and Leptin. *
FLAXSEED PREBIOTIC FIBER
Flaxseed helps to improve the overall balance of your gut microbiome. In addition to being a prebiotic, it is
also a source of omega fatty acids, protein, and antioxidants. *
HIGH-AMYLOSE RESISTANT STARCH (PREBIOTIC)
High-Amylose Resistant Starch (RS) is a prebiotic that helps to promote a healthy gut microbiome. It also
stimulates the release of GLP-1 and PYY. *
MEDIUM-CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES
Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCT) can stimulate the release of GLP-1, PYY, and Leptin to promote feelings of
fullness and reduced appetite. MCTs are also quickly converted into ketones, which the body can use as an
alternate energy source. Furthermore, MCTs can help promote a healthier gut microbiome. *

DIRECTIONS
Add 2 scoops to 12oz water in a blender (shaker) bottle. Add in your own flavors, sweeteners, or preferred
shake mix, including the Trilogiii “Foundation + Stimulation” (FS) shake mix. Depending on which option you
choose, you might need to add in additional water. Shake vigorously and enjoy immediately as it will start to
thicken right away.
You can also try experiment by adding 2 scoops into your morning cereal, yogurt, kefir, or other foods.
